What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy for Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• define test plans, strategies, and frameworks
• oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT cycles across HCM, Finance, Payroll, Time Tracking, and integrations
• manage defect identification, prioritization, tracking, and resolution
• coordinate test data, environments, release validation, and quality reporting
• partner with stakeholders on UAT readiness, execution, and sign-off
• coordinate QA with developers, analysts, system integrators, vendors, and delivery partners
• uphold QA standards and governance.
