The Global Chief Operating Officer, Professional Services and Software role is hybrid, with most time during the first 12 months spent onsite in York, PA, and global travel to other entities as needed. The executive sets the global strategy and service delivery model for Professional Services and Software, overseeing governance, client partnerships, program execution, financial performance, talent development, and growth. What you'll do

• Set the global vision, strategy, and service delivery model
• establish governance, decision rights, delivery standards, and performance measures
• build strategic client relationships and manage executive escalations
• guide contract negotiations and commercial governance
• oversee global programs and portfolios
• own professional services P&L, pricing, utilization, forecasting, and resource plans
• define market positioning and offerings roadmap
• and guide regional managing directors and teams.
