Member Services Representative (Floater)

The Member Services Representative (Floater) works onsite in Springfield, OH, and pays $11 per hour. This part-time role requires a minimum of 16 hours per month, with no guaranteed weekly hours. Planet Fitness aims to create a healthier planet and provide members with a welcoming, “Judgement Free” experience. As the first point of contact for members and guests, the representative supports a positive club experience through customer service, membership assistance, front desk transactions, and facility upkeep.

What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• respond to questions and concerns
• assist with account and billing inquiries
• explain memberships and amenities
• support tours, sign-ups, and membership upgrades
• check members in, answer phones, and process memberships, cancellations, and payments
• follow assigned opening and closing procedures
• perform cleaning duties and help keep the club organized and safe.
