What you'll do

• Maintain gift shop cleanliness and organization
• provide guests with education, information, and assistance
• assist with events and fundraisers
• count inventory
• research merchandise
• assist with ordering, receiving, pricing, and retail promotions
• operate point-of-sale and office equipment
• assist with group reservations and fees
• support first aid paperwork, memberships, and animal adoptions
• safeguard revenue and prepare reports
• follow safety procedures.
