Why this role

Winter-season commitment runs from mid-November through the first weekend in March; approximately 20 hours per week. Practices are 100 minutes between 3:15 and 6:30 p.m.; some Wednesday and Saturday afternoon competitions and an overnight championship stay are part of the season.
