What you'll do

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, contribute to care plans, and deliver safe care according to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate care plans and changes with the care team and families.
• Document assessments, care, education, and incidents.
• Support patient advocacy, performance improvement, professional development, mentorship, preceptorship, and shared governance.
