What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes under BCBA supervision
• implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies
• teach communication, social, play, self-help, school-readiness, and daily-living skills
• use evidence-based procedures
• collect session data and complete clinical documentation
• participate in supervision, meetings, and training
• collaborate with families and supervising BCBAs
• maintain a safe therapeutic environment and follow company policies, HIPAA requirements, and clinical procedures.
