What you'll do

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients across ICU, ER holds, Step-Down, and PACU as needed
• monitor hemodynamics, ventilator status, and response to therapies
• titrate medications per protocol
• administer prescribed IV infusions and other critical therapies
• assess patients and escalate acute changes per policy
• collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• document in EPIC and provide accurate handoffs
• follow infection-control, safety, and unit policies.
