What you'll do

• Work with the program manager on work-item priorities and acceptance criteria
• design scalable, stable systems
• analyze and resolve production issues
• participate in peer reviews
• mentor team members and guide problem-solving
• contribute to DevOps and software design practices
• partner with program managers and customers to confirm requirements
• coordinate interface control document requirements with systems engineers and product owners
• support troubleshooting, software triage, and design initiatives as needed.
