Machine Operator — First Shift

The Machine Operator role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with pay of $18.50 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m., with Saturday overtime. The role supports production of metal components used in finished door products. The operator sets up, operates, and performs simple programming on machines that bend, notch, punch, form, or straighten parts. The work contributes to production by following customer specifications, reporting quality data, and making adjustments to correct errors while maintaining safe work practices.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and perform simple programming on production machines. Follow preventive maintenance policies and procedures as assigned. Build job orders to customer specifications using daily travelers. Identify components of finished products, report production and quality data, and adjust equipment or work to correct quality errors. Maintain an organized work area, participate in the safety program, and use required PPE. Handle materials and tools
• forklift use may be required. Training in machining workstations may be required based on proficiency.
