What you'll do

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments and manage treatment plans
• provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy for seniors
• collaborate with nursing home staff and the behavioral health team
• participate in multidisciplinary treatment meetings
• provide in-person care and telehealth when appropriate
• maintain timely and accurate EHR documentation.
