What you'll do

• Process Medicaid resident income adjustments and liability changes in MEDI
• gather and upload supporting documents in ABE
• record updated resident financial details in RFMS
• update resident records in PointClickCare
• maintain consistent records across systems
• provide technical billing guidance during facility onboarding
• identify and improve billing procedures
• stay current on systems, internal processes, and Illinois regulatory updates.
