Rotational Analyst Program

The Rotational Analyst Program is an onsite, full-time, 12-month position in Tampa, FL. Compensation is $60,000 per year. The analyst completes substantive assignments while building working knowledge of departmental processes, systems, and responsibilities. The rotations help the firm assess candidates for potential full-time placement after successful completion of the program.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned work in each department
• learn departmental processes and systems
• adapt to new teams and expectations every 12 weeks
• communicate with department managers and Human Capital about workload and progress
• support projects and administrative functions
• contribute to a record of performance and development for placement consideration.
