The Social Services Director – Skilled Nursing Facility role is onsite in Huntington, IN, and/or the surrounding area. Compensation is $27–$37 per hour. • Oversee the facility’s social services program

• participate in care plan meetings

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field is required. Licensed Social Worker or equivalent and long-term care experience are preferred.
