What you'll do

• Lead multi-site property operations and teams
• recruit, train, coach, and manage property personnel
• provide relief management support as needed
• oversee compliance with company policies and applicable laws, including LIHTC Section 42 requirements
• maintain documentation and audit readiness
• analyze financial results and report monthly
• prepare annual budgets
• oversee expenditures
• conduct monthly virtual and in-person site visits
• collaborate with development, construction, and accounting
• and develop marketing plans to support occupancy, leasing, and revenue goals.
