The technician diagnoses and repairs commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment, performs preventive maintenance, communicates repair findings to customers, and documents work. The role helps customers maintain reliable kitchen operations through quality, timely service.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair commercial cooking equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, and steamers, and refrigeration equipment such as reach-ins, prep tables, and ice machines
• perform preventive maintenance
• communicate issues and solutions to customers
• complete digital work orders with notes and photos
• identify additional repair opportunities
• maintain truck inventory and tools
• handle complex calls without supervision and mentor junior technicians.
