What you'll do

• Greet and check in customers
• promote and sell products through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge
• assist customers in person and by phone
• accurately process online orders
• use and train others on the POS system, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
• open and close the store as keyholder
• model service standards for the budtender team.
