What you'll do

• Diagnose building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and fire protection
• manage projects and work orders
• oversee contractors and vendors, bids, contracts, and invoices
• coordinate tenant maintenance requests
• schedule repairs and preventive maintenance
• support utility tracking and efficiency
• recommend and manage maintenance budgets
• maintain property and building records
• support site security and leasing needs.
