What you'll do

• Assist the Senior Estimating Analyst with reports and templates
• analyze variances and budgets for cost trends outside established tolerances
• review blueprints and takeoffs to collect data
• create and maintain spreadsheets
• audit takeoffs for unusual items and quantities
• coordinate updates with the Estimating team
• complete special projects as requested.
