What you'll do

• Strip, wax, seal, buff, and polish hard floors
• clean carpets with extraction and shampoo equipment
• operate floor-care machines
• maintain resident rooms and common areas
• follow infection-control and OSHA safety procedures
• mix cleaning chemicals according to instructions
• respond to spills
• inspect floors and report safety or maintenance concerns
• assist housekeeping as assigned.
