What you'll do

• Ensure food products meet established specifications and proper food levels are available
• communicate variances to the chef de cuisine
• coordinate with culinary staff
• respond to crew member complaints
• promote teamwork with dining room cooks and stewards
• maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable work environment
• handle food production equipment safely and report mechanical problems
• follow appearance, uniform, and internal control policies.
