Staging Technician

Job overview

The Staging Technician role is onsite in Independence, OH, with pay of $16.00 per hour. The position supports device staging and production projects by checking devices and orders against customer specifications before shipment.

What you'll do

• Perform quality-control audits
• identify and report quality issues, documentation errors, and system discrepancies
• verify device staging, accessories, packaging, and kitting
• inspect devices for damage and functionality
• test and charge devices and replace batteries as needed
• configure network settings and install applications
• upgrade software and firmware as directed
• document issues for Project Leads
• repackage and label orders
• troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems
• and organize inventory and device storage.
