What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
• install and replace fixtures, water lines, drains, water heaters, and pumps
• clear clogs and address leaks
• inspect and maintain water distribution systems
• respond to plumbing emergencies
• complete apartment turnover work and service requests
• perform appliance, drywall, flooring, tile, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and light electrical repairs
• assist with grounds and common areas
• maintain work records
• participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.
