Knowledge Manager — Formation Based Mission Autonomy

Job overview

Compensation is $150,000–$160,000 per year. The Knowledge Manager role is onsite in Fort Belvoir, VA; the posting states there is no remote option. The role supports Thompson Gray’s Formation Based Mission Autonomy effort. The manager develops knowledge-management, data, and AI-enabled workflow capabilities to improve program synchronization, decision support, and organizational effectiveness. What you'll do

• Develop knowledge-management plans, processes, governance, and measures
• maintain repositories, taxonomies, metadata, and data workflows
• improve program and staff workflows
• develop and maintain approved AI-enabled workflows and agents
• support data architecture and knowledge-base design
• create dashboards and decision-support products
• establish data standards
• capture lessons learned
• facilitate working groups
• develop training and user guides
• monitor data quality and workflow adoption.
