Community Manager, Lease-Up — Oxbow Residences

What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with vendors, residents, employees, equity partners, and construction personnel
• manage the property and supervise staff in accordance with company policies
• resolve tenant complaints and property concerns
• optimize occupancy and net revenues
• hire, train, and develop personnel
• execute resident retention and marketing plans
• identify efficiency, cost-saving, and technology improvements.
