What you'll do

• Handle correspondence, calls, visitors, appointments, mail, and meeting agendas and minutes
• assist with beneficiary applications and intake tasks
• maintain beneficiary and transitional housing files and reports
• prepare case conference materials and reports
• support front desk operations, activity schedules, food stamp paperwork, and graduation certificates
• maintain confidentiality and safety procedures.
