The Manager, Service Operations Systems role is onsite in Foster City, CA. Base salary is $228,000–$273,000 per year. The role supports Zoox’s Fleet Service Operations organization as it scales its autonomous vehicle fleet. The manager owns the operations systems roadmap and leads integrated processes across asset management, maintenance, field service, workforce management, and operations. The work is intended to improve fleet uptime, service efficiency, and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for operations enterprise systems, including SAP EAM/PM, SAP FSM, Beeline, UKG, LMS, and NICE WFM
• design scalable processes across asset management, maintenance, field service, workforce management, and operations
• lead SAP EAM/PM and SAP FSM capability development and adoption
• align systems with partner teams
• lead cross-functional initiatives, change management, program execution, prioritization, risk and vendor management, budgeting, and executive reporting.
