What you'll do

• Clean and inspect commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, filters, plenums, ductwork, fans, and accessible system components
• identify and document deficiencies and fire hazards
• take before-and-after photographs
• complete service and inspection reports
• apply required service labels
• maintain records
• and follow safety procedures while protecting customer property.
