The Lead Material Handler — 2nd Shift role is an onsite position in Brookville, OH. Compensation is $22.55 per hour, depending on experience. TFT Global partners with manufacturers to support supply-chain operations. This hands-on lead role supports daily material movement while guiding material handlers and general laborers. It helps keep materials moving safely, accurately, and on customer schedules through equipment operation, work coordination, training, and communication.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• lead and support material handlers and general laborers
• coordinate receiving, staging, storage, shipping, and material movement
• load and unload outbound materials
• assign daily work
• train and mentor employees
• check equipment and report maintenance concerns
• communicate shortages, delays, and operational issues
• support safety, quality, 5S, material flow, and continuous improvement.
