The Construction Project Manager, Electrical Projects role is onsite in Eagan, MN, with work primarily in Minnesota and possible project needs across the Midwest or continental United States. This role manages industrial and commercial electrical field-service and project work from opportunity through closeout. It coordinates scope, schedules, budgets, estimating, customer communication, field execution, and financial performance to support safe, effective project delivery and customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage electrical projects from opportunity and pre-construction through closeout
• oversee safety, scope, schedule, budget, customer expectations, and financial results. Coordinate customer discovery, site walks, constructability reviews, design inputs, estimates, proposals, and change orders. Develop schedules, manpower and procurement plans
• monitor productivity, costs, billing, forecasts, and margins. Maintain project documentation, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, conduct site visits, lead closeout and lessons learned, and support project coordinators and developing team members. Travel up to 20% to customers and project sites
• occasional shutdown, evening, or weekend activities may be needed.
