Depending on the placement, the work focuses on transition and independent-living readiness for students ages 18–22 or individualized academic, behavioral, social, and functional growth for elementary students in a substantially separate classroom.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver individualized instruction
• develop and implement individualized learning plans and IEPs
• monitor student progress
• collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families
• support transition skills such as employment readiness, money management, independent living, and functional academics, or support students in the Pathway program.
