What you'll do

• Prepare dishes using established recipes and kitchen equipment
• maintain product quality and standard portions
• stock line stations
• portion and season food
• follow plate presentation and garnish standards
• handle, store, and rotate products
• assist with food prep during off-peak periods
• help wash dishes and clean the kitchen as needed
• complete closing cleanup and follow safety and sanitation requirements.
