Property Manager, Luxury High-Rise Apartment

What you'll do

• Maintain budgeted physical occupancy of 95%, market the community, and monitor comparable properties and market demographics. Inspect the property weekly and address deficiencies. Monitor expenses and budget variances, manage resident retention, and coordinate leasing, renewals, work orders, and turns with the team. Attract, train, develop, and retain property staff
• evaluate people, product, and pricing and take proactive action.
