What you'll do

• Support annual audits by collecting accounts receivable and payable samples
• organize financial records and maintain standard forms
• use WAWF and Unanet to enter, maintain, and retrieve data
• perform bookkeeping and general ledger work
• support timecard maintenance
• process invoices, checks, purchase orders, deposits, journal entries, and reports
• reconcile accounts and banks
• maintain vendor and contract files
• follow up on customer payments
• maintain accounting procedures.
