The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Supervisor role is onsite in Grand Junction, CO, at the Monument View location. Pay is $43.00–$49.45 per hour. The supervisor leads the outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs at Community Hospital. The role oversees program operations, staff support, and clinical oversight so patients can improve health and quality of life through supervised exercise, education, and support. It also coordinates with hospital departments and the community to strengthen service delivery and program reach.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily cardiopulmonary rehabilitation operations
• develop and implement evidence-based protocols and education
• ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• collaborate with respiratory therapy leadership and other departments
• promote the program
• supervise and schedule staff
• provide coaching and training
• conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans
• monitor patient progress
• educate patients on disease management and lifestyle changes
• document progress and coordinate follow-up
• assist with insurance verification and scheduling as needed
• participate in community events and committees.

Why this role

Requires an active Colorado Registered Nurse or Registered Respiratory Therapist license, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least one year of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation experience. Relocation to Grand Junction is required; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.
