What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards
• manage ticket flow and service times
• keep the station clean, stocked, and organized
• rotate between stations and support other kitchen areas
• follow food safety, sanitation, storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures
• communicate quality, inventory, and operational concerns
• support teammates during busy periods
• follow portion-control practices.
