What you'll do

• Scrape and rinse dishes and wash them by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silverware as assigned
• follow safety procedures and maintain required temperatures and chemical levels
• clean dish areas, floors, worktables, and food-preparation surfaces
• remove trash
• transfer and help load or unload supplies.
