Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Case Manager

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Case Manager role is based in Boise, ID, with onsite home visits; compensation is $85,000–$90,000 per year. Why this role

Requires an active Idaho RN license or multistate license, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Home Health experience is preferred but not required; Home Care Home Base (HCHB) and OASIS knowledge and experience are sought.
