What you'll do

• Provide QA services across application initiatives
• lead functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
• develop test plans, cases, scripts, and data
• validate functionality against requirements
• log, track, verify, and coordinate resolution of defects
• troubleshoot production issues
• triage support tickets
• translate business requirements into test scenarios
• support UAT participants and demonstrate workflows
• perform accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1
• communicate results, risks, and defect status.
