The role combines site leadership with direct STEM and academic enrichment instruction, helping youth build educational and career readiness while maintaining a safe, supportive Club environment and coordinating program delivery with staff and community partners.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement educational and STEM programs
• recruit and retain youth participants
• collect and maintain student grades and educational data
• supervise members and promote safety
• organize activities, field trips, speakers, and events
• monitor program outcomes
• prepare weekly reports and daily schedules
• support site scheduling and STEM resources
• deliver direct instruction while maintaining required staffing ratios
• liaise with community partners
• mentor youth development staff and support teachers embedding STEM concepts.
