What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community
• Ensure compliance, operations, concierge resident service, and financial performance
• Assist in the management and maintenance of all facets of assigned apartment communities
• Take pride and ownership in the optimum performance of the property
• Manage people, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, and information reporting
• Embrace technology and mobile app technology
• Maintain community appearance
• Monitor competition
• Manage budget and guidelines
• Train and coach team members.
