What you'll do

• Manage Level 2 support duties
• provide case management support to the PERSEC program
• ensure timely security support for internal and external tasking
• provide personnel-security expertise and train contractor staff as needed
• prepare briefings, reports, correspondence, and procedures
• maintain databases and files
• monitor case progress against IRTPA mandates
• manage case assignment, tracking, reporting, and prioritization
• prepare quarterly and monthly metrics
• identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
• maintain accurate PeopleSoft case data and searchable files.
