Process Engineer

Process Engineer in Wilson, WI. This is an onsite role. The typical base pay range is $85,000 - $120,000 per year. GEA Group is a global leader in engineering solutions. This role supports the sales, engineering, commissioning, and optimization of GEA process systems within the Liquid, Fermentation, and Filling engineering team, focusing on liquid/fluid processing in the beverage, food, and dairy industries.

What you'll do

• Design and improve equipment configurations, process flows, and systems.
• Ensure processes meet GEA standards and customer objectives.
• Maintain quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Participate in project phases from initial customer meetings through commissioning and optimization.
• Develop BFDs, PFDs, P&IDs, and heat/mass balances.
• Specify process equipment and utilities.
• Support FAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external technology centers.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or similar related degree preferred

Experience

2-10+ years of related industry experience. Processing experience in the food, dairy, or beverage industry preferred. Liquid Processing experience preferred.
