Dietary Cook – Skilled Nursing Facility

What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardized recipes
• plate and garnish cooked items
• act as liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence
• clean the kitchen and culinary equipment
• manage inventory and stock rotation
• assist with purchasing and recipe compliance
• handle last-minute culinary requests for events.
