What you'll do

• Manage the A/R inbox, remote deposits, credit card payments, cash posting, invoices, and statements
• prepare recommended A/R corrections
• reconcile assigned accounts
• research and resolve account inquiries and discrepancies
• maintain third-party invoice portal accounts
• perform three-way matching for purchase-order invoices
• obtain approvals and accurate general-ledger coding for invoices
• enter A/P invoices via Ramp
• distribute signed checks
• assist with vendor statement reconciliation and credit-card receipt collection
• support Accounting as needed.
