The Apartment Marketing & Leasing Specialist is an onsite role supporting multifamily communities in Central Austin, TX. Pay is $18–$20 per hour plus commission. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Wednesday and Sunday are days off. The role is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The specialist supports leasing and marketing across multiple apartment communities by touring prospects, following up on inquiries, creating marketing content, and conducting local outreach. The work helps generate traffic and support leasing activity across the assigned properties.

What you'll do

• Support leasing activity across multiple communities
• tour apartments and amenities with prospective residents
• answer inquiries and follow up by phone, email, and text
• assist walk-in traffic and serve prospects and residents
• create and post marketing content
• support Facebook and TikTok marketing
• create flyers and graphics using Canva
• use ChatGPT to assist with content and communication
• promote available apartments, specials, and community features
• travel between assigned communities
• assist with local outreach.
