What you'll do

• Oversee culinary operations across restaurants, banquets, catering, and stewarding
• create and execute seasonal menus
• lead, coach, and develop kitchen teams
• ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction
• manage labor, food costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor partnerships
• maintain sanitation and safety standards
• partner with resort leaders on property-wide service
• represent the culinary team at events and guest engagements.
