Business Development Manager — Concrete Restoration

What you'll do

• Develop and execute business development plans for targeted sectors
• identify opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry events
• build relationships with property managers, board members, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
• prepare proposals and presentations
• negotiate contracts and close deals
• collaborate with internal teams on sales-to-execution transitions
• monitor industry trends and market conditions. Requires at least three years of business development, sales, or client relationship experience and a valid Florida driver’s license
• travel as needed.
