What you'll do

• Maintain vehicle records and accident documentation
• monitor telematics and service entries
• schedule vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• manage gas cards and vehicle data
• serve as administrative contact for facilities vendors
• maintain safety, compliance, lease, tax, and utility records
• coordinate property maintenance and moves
• train staff on procedures
• prepare operational and financial reports.
