What you'll do

• Support a positive classroom environment
• greet children and families
• assist with individual developmental and behavioral needs, including following IEPs and support plans as directed
• help implement curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families and coworkers
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.
